Future Remodeling Group LLC dba Future Remodeling (“we” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information from and about our customers and visitors, (“you” or “your”) that may directly or indirectly identify you (“Personal Information”) when you use our websites (the “Sites”) or in connection with the products and services that we provide to you (the “Services”). We retain information for as long as it is needed or useful to provide and improve our products and services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Do Not Track
We do not collect personally identifiable information about users’ online activities over time and across third-party websites and we do not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals from your browser or other mechanisms that enable consumer choice regarding the collection of personal information about one’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services.
Links to Other Websites
Our Site may link to other websites for your convenience and information. For instance, they may link to websites of product suppliers, manufacturers and service providers. These websites may be operated by companies not affiliated with us. Linked websites may have their own privacy notices, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit them. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any website that we do not control and that does not point to this Policy. Your interactions with these websites are governed by the privacy policies of the company operating the websites.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us so that the information can be deleted.
Updates
This Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information practices or relevant laws. We will post a notice on our Sites to notify you of any substantive changes to the way we collect and use information. We will indicate at the top of the Policy when it was last updated.
Social Media Messages and Comments (Facebook and Instagram)
We operate our own Facebook Page and Instagram account and use approved tools built on the Meta Platform (Facebook and Instagram APIs) to manage communication with people who contact us there. When you send a direct message to, or leave a comment on, our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we may collect and process the content of that message or comment, your public profile name or handle, and the date and time it was sent. We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry, to provide customer service, to keep our own comment sections free of spam, and to measure the performance of our own social media content in our internal reporting.
This information is stored securely in our own internal business systems (hosted on Google Cloud) and is accessible only to authorized Future Remodeling personnel who handle customer communications. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with any third party except the service providers that host our systems on our behalf, and only as needed to operate those systems. We do not use Facebook or Instagram message or comment data for any purpose other than communicating with you and reporting on our own accounts, and our use complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We retain this information in our internal systems only as long as needed for these purposes and delete it on request. SMS Communications & Mobile Data Protection
The following SMS-specific disclosures apply to all text messaging programs described in this Policy and in our Terms & Conditions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By separately opting in to receive transactional and conversational SMS (text) messages through our website form, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Future Remodeling about appointment reminders and messages about your inquiry.
