Inspection
Your project consultant measures and checks every opening, inside and out, and goes over the findings with you.
Preparation
Once you approve the estimate, we line up the materials and set the dates. Windows are made to order, so your dates allow for that. Your Project Leader meets you before work begins and reviews the plan. We review which rooms the crew needs and when.
Installation
The crew arrives at the agreed time and works one opening at a time. Your Project Leader oversees the installation. We keep the work site as clean as possible.
Completion
We check that every window opens, locks and seals, then go over the finished work with you. We are here for you long after the installation.

What are sliding windows?
Sliding windows open sideways along a track. A moving panel slides past another panel without swinging into the room or outside. They suit openings that are wider than they are tall. Your project consultant helps you decide which panels should move.
Are slider windows better than casement windows?
The better choice depends on the opening and what is outside it. A slider stays within the frame, which can suit a window beside a walkway. A swings outward and pulls against a compression seal when it closes. We compare clearance and sealing before you choose.
What are common problems with sliding windows?
Common issues include dirt in the track, worn rollers, blocked drainage openings and locks that no longer line up. A crooked frame can also make the sash stick. We check the window and the opening before recommending work.
Can you clean sliding windows from inside?
