Manufacturer product warranty
Westlake Royal Stone LLC provides a 50 year limited product warranty for the original purchaser. It covers materials only. Coverage decreases each month from the start. It covers the panel's physical properties when made. Material costs need Westlake's approval. Westlake may supply replacement materials instead of payment. Labor, accessories and related work are excluded.

Warranty transfer
Transfer is allowed during the first 15 years. The next owner's coverage ends 15 years after the original purchase.

Limited lifetime workmanship warranty
A lifetime limited workmanship warranty is available as an optional upgrade on qualifying full replacements. Your project consultant can walk you through it.

No. It is manufactured stone veneer. The panels fasten to the wall without mortar.

How is stone veneer siding installed?
Versetta Stone panels fasten to the wall without mortar. We plan the water barrier, flashing and drainage for your wall.
Can Versetta Stone be installed over existing siding?
We remove existing siding before installing Versetta Stone. This lets us inspect the wall underneath. We check its condition and explain the work needed for the new stone veneer.
Can road salt damage stone siding?
Yes. Keep salt and de-icing chemicals off Versetta Stone and away from nearby areas where they could splash onto it. We discuss nearby salted walks and driveways when planning the project.
How do you clean Versetta Stone?
Use clean water and a nylon bristle brush. A mild detergent can help with stubborn dirt. Rinse it off completely before it dries. Avoid pressure washers, acid cleaners and metal brushes.
Can damaged Versetta Stone be repaired?
Whether a repair is possible depends on the wall's condition. We check the condition, provide a repair estimate if a repair is needed, and then schedule the service.
