“I am a happy repeat customer. I had my roof and gutters replaced about 7 years ago and was very impressed with the quality of the work and materials. So when I was considering siding I reached out and had another excellent experience. The sales process was easy - with no high pressure tactics you get from typical contractors. I decided to go with the Hardie product after reading great reviews of it on the internet and getting advice from trusted family contractors out of state. The project manager Darryl did a great job keeping me informed during the pre-installation process and throughout the project. The crew was diligent and professional and I was very impressed with their work and care they took with all the little details that really contributed to a great outcome. I would highly recommend them if you are considering roofing, gutters or siding projects in north east NJ.”

“From our initial consultation to replacement of our roof on our and addition to the completed work, I can honestly say that say it was the smoothest operation I have ever seen. Our project manager Darryl was there for us so we did not have to worry about a thing! He even came at 9 pm with reflective cones so that vehicles could see the dumpster on our street, a true professional! The team was amazing . We are so pleased with this company! I also did not realize how badly our previous roof was until they took photos to show us. We had 4 major leaks on a 14 year old roof because of poor quality work! We had tremendous rain storm Sunday and we are pleased to say we are weather tight now!”
“We had a great experience with Future Remodeling from start to finish. The team showed up on time to replace our roof, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication with the project manager was easy and clear throughout the entire process, which made the experience stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend Future Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work and great service.”

“I loved working with all the people at future remodeling. I chose them because of the up front information meeting with Anthony, to further questions and conversations with Esteban and then my project manager Darryl. Every person I spoke to or had dealings with at future remodeling was courteous, kind, never pushy and full of information and assistance to matters that were important to me. I have already referred them to two other neighbors of mine, and I will continue to do so as I appreciated their professionalism their work ethic, their cleanup. all the guys that were on the roof did a fabulous job and I’m very very happy with the entire project.”

“I was very happy with Future Remodeling. I picked them because of their GAF master elite installation level. Service was excellent. The first visit with their sales person was extremely detailed, showing us the difference in materials and quality. They don’t cheap out! I didn’t feel like they were “selling” me during the visit. Once we agreed to sign with them, our project manager came to personally introduce himself a couple days later. He was also available during the entire day of install, and would text immediately back if we needed him. We received multiple progress pictures throughout the install, and they came twice after to fly a drone to confirm everything was in order - including once to check on something I had concerns about (turns out everything was ok - they explained what I was seeing and why, complete with hand drawn diagram) :)
I am from the insurance industry and roofers often get a bad name - these guys are legit. Not “chuck with a truck” that will cut corners and install inexpensive products. You will pay a bit more but know the job will be done right. They also offer warranties and after the service I received I have no doubt they would be quick to come if there were ever any issues. Plus, my roof looks FANTASTIC.”

“They did a wonderful job siding and roofing our home. Looks fabulous! Our PM Darryl was a joy and Jose and his crew were prompt, responsive and all around good guys.
Are they the least expensive Hardie Installers? Probably not in most cases, but I can’t fault them on the quality of work we received.”

“We just finished James Hardie residing with Future Remodelling and couldn't be happier. Everything, from the initial communication and meetings, to the help with financing, to the overview of the project with the Project Manager, to speed, efficiency and quality of the work and the clean up, and finally to the outstanding results has been incredibly satisfying.
I really want to highlight the communication, responsiveness and understanding of our needs and concerns, from Fabian and Anthony on the sales/contract side to Tanner on the project management side. It's been an unusually good experience.”

“Future Remodeling just finished replacing the roof and siding (Hardie Plank) on my mother's house! I could not have asked for a more professional and PANTIENT group to deal with! They did all they could to accommodate us also working in roof/attic insulation planning and eventually done! They went as far as actually assisting in applying the attic space insulation and inspecting the a/c flex ducts!!! My mother loves the way the roof and siding came out!”

“We recently had Future Remodeling replace our old cedar shake siding with new Hardie siding, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our original siding (over 40 yrs old) had started to rot and warp, letting in water and attracting bugs, so we knew it was time for a major upgrade.
We found Future Remodeling through the Hardie website and met with a few other contractors, but none showed the same level of care and attention to detail. From the very beginning, Darrel took the time to explain every step of the process, answer our questions, and make sure we felt completely comfortable with the project plan.
The installation crew was meticulous, clean, efficient, and incredibly professional. They showed up on time every day, maintained a spotless workspace, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Darrel and Otis checked in regularly, kept us updated, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly from start to finish.
The new Hardie siding has completely transformed our home. It looks beautiful, feels solid, and gives us peace of mind knowing it’s durable, low-maintenance, and built to last.
If you’re considering a siding project, we can’t recommend Future Remodeling enough. They treat your home as if it were their own. With leaders like Darrel and Otis guiding the process, you’ll be in the best hands possible - professional, meticulous, and caring every step of the way.”

“A family friend of mine works for Future Remodeling and I trust his opinion when it comes to home improvement and general home maintenance. I had mentioned I was interested in a new roof and he set me promptly up with an appointment to get a roof inspection.
My roof had some problems (some of which i was already aware of) and I was ready to pull the trigger. The hardest part of outsourcing any work on my house is trusting the people doing the work. We've all had bad experiences with companies that are sales first and workmanship last, but they put my worries at ease.
Roof came out great, and working with them was a pleasant experience. I'm an inquisitive guy and had alot of questions which were always answered. I can honestly say I learned alot and know what to look out for in the future in regards to the health of my roof. I plan on using future remodeling again when I decide to do my siding in the future, and I do recommend hiring them.”

“Commenting on the professionalism and going-the-extra-mile philosophy Esteban, Anthony, and their team brought to the table.
From how they effectively used the time in the evaluation appointment to going out of their way speaking with their production partners to get the job to match our cost constraints and keeping us updated throughout the process, we felt we were in great hands with this team. We plan to look them up again should we need windows in the future, and we would encourage others to do so as well.”

“We initially called Future Remodeling to evaluate the condition of the roof since it was growing mold in areas. Nick climbed through a window to inspect the garage roof. Nick and Estaban also checked in the attic crawl space to confirm existing insulation in the eves. Nick explained all the roof issues and we decided we needed a new roof.
Nick and Estaban explained, using samples, of how they incorporate efficient and continuous ventilation within their roofing system and according to the GAF guidelines.
It was easy signing the contract especially with the discounts.
They reviewed the contract: every piece for the new roof, gutters and leaders were all documented.
Tanner was our project manager and our contact from that point , establishing the datelines for the delivery, installation and any future questions. Tanner kept us up to date with any changes to the project.
All Team members at Future Remodeling were very easy to talk and the installation crew was very efficient, professional and
clean. They went above and beyond to make things right.
I spoke to my neighbors, who's property is very close to my garage and they were very pleased with the way they protected her property.”
