Once you approve the estimate, we line up the materials and set the dates. Windows are made to order, so your dates allow for that. Your Project Leader meets you before work begins and reviews the plan. We review which rooms the crew needs and when.
Installation
The crew arrives at the agreed time and works one opening at a time. Your Project Leader oversees the installation. We keep the work site as clean as possible.
Completion
We check that every window opens, locks and seals, then go over the finished work with you. We are here for you long after the installation.

What is the difference between single and double hung windows?
Both sashes move in a double hung window; only the lower sash moves in a single hung window. A double hung window's lower sash slides up and its upper sash slides down. Both styles have a horizontal bar across the middle.
Should I choose casement windows or double hung windows?
Choose based on how you use the opening and the look you want. Double hung sashes slide up and down. crank open, which can be easier over a sink or counter. We help you compare the styles at your consultation.
When should I consider double hung window replacement?
Consider replacement if your windows will not stay open, lock or seal, or have fogging between the panes or soft sills. We inspect the window and its frame to see whether replacement is needed, since age alone does not decide it.
Can double hung windows be repaired?
Some double hung windows can be repaired. We check the window condition, provide a repair estimate if a repair is needed, and then schedule the service. Tell your project consultant which windows need attention and whether we installed them.
Can you replace double hung windows without removing the frame?
