Our approach

Start with where the water goes.

We inspect your gutters, and roof edge. We also check the , the board along the roof edge that supports the gutters. Hangers are the brackets that hold the gutters to that board. We look at how much roof drains into each gutter and where the downspouts let out. We explain the findings and recommend the work your home needs. Your project consultant builds your personalized estimate at the consultation, with the style and color you like. Before work starts, we review the schedule and how we protect your home.

What Homeowners Say About Us

Questions and answers

K-style gutter questions homeowners ask.

What are K-style gutters?

K-style gutters have a flat back and a front shaped like crown molding. They sit against the fascia along the roof edge. Future Remodeling installs them in seamless aluminum.

Are seamless rain gutters completely seamless?

No. The straight runs are formed at your house in one length per wall. Joints remain at corners, outlets and end caps. Those connections still need attention during installation and inspection.

Are half-round or K-style gutters better?

The better choice depends on your home's appearance and drainage needs. K-style carries more water at the same width. has a smoother interior and visible support brackets. Compare half-round gutters if that curved look suits your home.

What size K-style gutters do I need?

The roof area draining into each run helps determine the size. Large or steep roofs may need a larger gutter. We also check the downspouts, because a small downspout can limit drainage.

Why do my K-style gutters overflow in heavy rain?

A clog, poor slope or a gutter that is too small can cause overflow. A roof valley can also send too much water into one spot. We inspect the gutters and downspouts to find the cause before recommending work.

Can leaking K-style gutters be repaired?

A leak often starts at a corner, an outlet or a seam that lost its seal. We check the gutters, downspouts and fascia, find where the water gets out and explain what your gutters need.

Do K-style gutters need gutter guards?

No. Not every home needs them. Guards can help where trees drop leaves and needles onto the roof. They reduce cleaning but do not eliminate it. They also cannot fix gutters that are too small or slope the wrong way.
