Our approach

Start with the wall, then choose the stone.

We inspect your existing siding, trim and visible for damage and signs of leaks. Flashing directs water away around windows, doors and roof edges. We explain what we find and recommend the work your home needs. Your project consultant brings samples to your consultation. At the consultation, we build a 3D model of your house with the new siding so you can see how your home will look. We build your personalized estimate at that same visit and answer your questions. Before work starts, we review the schedule and how we protect your home.

What Homeowners Say About Us

Questions and answers

Stone veneer siding questions homeowners ask.

Is stone veneer siding made from real stone?

The Versetta Stone panels we install are manufactured stone veneer. Stone veneer can also be made from natural stone.

Does faux stone siding need mortar?

No. The Versetta Stone panels we install fasten to the wall like siding, without mortar.

Can stone veneer be installed over existing siding?

We do not. On a replacement, we remove the old siding and inspect the wall underneath. Your estimate names the wall preparation, water barrier and flashing.

Is stone veneer siding waterproof?

No. The panels need a water barrier and a path for water to drain behind them. Flashing directs water away at openings and edges. We include those details in the scope.

How do you clean stone veneer siding?

Use clean water and a nylon bristle brush. Mild detergent can help with stubborn dirt. Rinse it fully before the soapy water dries. Avoid pressure washing, acids, harsh chemicals and metal brushes.

Can damaged stone veneer be repaired?

Yes. We check the siding condition, provide a repair estimate if a repair is needed, and then schedule the service.

How much does stone veneer installation cost?

The cost depends on wall area, corners, trim and wall preparation. We measure your home and check the existing condition. Your estimate names each part of the work and its price.
