This job has a phone that rings. Storms do not respect a schedule, and the weeks after one are the hardest and the most satisfying part of the work.
What you'll do
- Walk the job before it starts and confirm the scope matches what was sold
- Schedule crews, deliveries and dumpsters so nobody is waiting on anybody
- Be on site at the points where a job goes wrong if nobody is watching
- Run the inspection when a customer raises a service issue
- Keep the homeowner informed before they have to ask
What we're looking for
- Someone who can hold a crew to a standard and still be welcome on site tomorrow
- Enough construction knowledge to know when an answer is wrong
- Spanish is genuinely useful here
- Organized enough to run six jobs at once without dropping the seventh
