You sit at a homeowner's kitchen table and help them make a decision they will live with for twenty years. Roofs, siding, windows. You measure the house, you explain what you found, and you price it honestly in front of them.

The income is commission led, which means it is uncapped and it is also uneven while you learn. The people who do well here treat it as a trade to get good at rather than a job with a salary attached.
What you'll do
- Meet homeowners at appointments we book for you, in their homes rather than over the phone
- Inspect and measure the roof or the elevation, and photograph what you find
- Explain the options in plain language, including the ones that cost us the sale
- Build the estimate on site and answer the questions it raises
- Stay with the customer through the job rather than handing them off after signing
What we're looking for
- Someone who would rather lose a sale than oversell a repair
- Comfort being on a roof and in an attic, and a driver's license
- The patience to explain the same thing three different ways
- Sales experience helps and construction knowledge helps more, but neither is required if you can learn quickly
