This is an outbound role. You are the one who picks up the phone and calls out, to homeowners who asked about a project and never heard back, to customers whose appointment is tomorrow, to people whose service request is still open. Most of what makes a contractor feel trustworthy is not the roof, it is whether anybody called when they said they would.

Outbound is harder than answering a ringing phone and we would rather say so. You are interrupting people, and plenty of them will not want to talk. You will also sometimes be the first person to hear that we got something wrong. How that call goes matters more to this company than almost anything else we do.
What you'll do
- Call homeowners who inquired and have not been reached yet, and keep calling until you get a real answer either way
- Confirm appointments ahead of time so nobody waits at home for nobody
- Chase open service requests until they are actually resolved rather than merely logged
- Reach back out to past customers and to estimates that went quiet
- Tell people the truth about timing, including when it is not what they hoped
What we're looking for
- Someone who will make the next call after a bad one
- A calm voice and real patience
- Someone who follows up without being reminded, because nothing on this desk chases itself
- Spanish is genuinely useful here
