What you'll do
- Reconcile accounts and chase what does not tie out
- Process payables and collect receivables
- Support payroll and the CPA relationship
- Handle multi state sales tax correctly rather than approximately
What we're looking for
- Real bookkeeping experience, ideally in construction or another job costed business
- Someone who would rather ask than assume
- Discretion, because you will see everything
