Pros

- Very supportive team. Literally, the best people to work with. You'll never get denied help.
- Leadership is more like mentorship. You learn a lot from them and they’re always open to new ideas, and if you need resources to improve, you’ll have no problem getting them.

Pros

A company that values your opinions and, most importantly, your ideas to help them grow. I can not tell you how many companies I have worked for that have the motto, "If it's not broken, why fix it?" However, that is not the case here! Finally, I found a company I now call family that takes their time to listen and understand their employees.

Cons

Cons? Since I haven't found one, I will use this opportunity to share how they reinvest in their employees.
